The Basics 


1. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 1 days of delivery for Malta and 15 days for EU country.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and opened personal care items, are non-refundable.

 
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@purebloom.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days, and funds will be returned to the original payment method.

 
3. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
